Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Materials relating to James Francis Connolly of 100 Overlook Rd., Montclair, NJ, who was an undergraduate at Fordham University in New York City, 1969-1974. He was also a member of Students for a Democratic Society for part or all of that time, and traveled to the SDS national convention, probably in 1970. Mr. Connolly was later (1974-1975) a reporter for The Herald-News, in Passaic, NJ. His date of birth was January 26, 1951. His date of death was January 22, 1976.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
