  • Final - Transferred to Component - (1) Letter to Requester

From: Taylor Amarel

Thank you, I appreciate the notification and update.

From: Department of Homeland Security

Good Morning Taylor,

I apologize. It appears that you received an incomplete acknowledgement letter for your request. I have uploaded the correct acknowledgment letter and your time limit starts over from today.

Specifically we need more information before we can complete your request. With the way our OCIO searches emails we will need a specific timeline. It can be just one day, or a timespan of a year or more. We can also do a more concentrated search of an email address with the use of search terms to avoid “junk mail” and standard DHS wide emails that are commonly found with publically available government emails.

Please provide the additional information and I will be happy to start your search. Thank you and let me know if you want to discuss this further or have any more questions.
