This is a request for copies of any Taxpayer Advocacy Special Projects Committee meeting minutes that were produced between January 2010 and March 2020. I note that recent meeting minutes (March 2020 through August 2022) are publicly posted on the IRS-TAP website, but that prior dates are not generally available: https://www.improveirs.org/about-tap/committees/special-projects-committee/
Please produce copies of all meeting minutes from the requested time range.

I am an "other" category of requestor, not a journalist. To avoid confusion, I note that there is another individual named "Nicholas Lee" that is a journalist; that person is not me.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi Gail,
Following this fee letter, I was able to locate responsive documents for the time period between 2012 & the present that are publicly available. As such, it does not make sense to process this request as-is.
For clarification, was the five hours estimate for the search for the entire 2010 - 2020 time span, or for the specific 2010 to 2012 period that does not appear to be in the public domain at this time?
My intention is to withdraw this request; understanding the search burden for the specific 2010 to 2012 timeframe is relevant when considering future requests.
