All bids/proposals/applications/offers submitted by prospective contractors (according to usaspending.gov, there were 11)
All disclosable application materials submitted by Iowa Healthcare Collaborative
All written communications concerning Iowa Healthcare Collaborative's eligibility and/or candidacy for the Network of Quality Improvement and Innovation Contractors and/or Technical Assistance to Outlier Opioid Prescribers projects that was created, sent or received between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or thumb-drive if not. Paper copies are acceptable as a last resort. It would be acceptable to me to provide the responsive documents in installments.

Hi Jay,
Thank you for following up with me. I submitted this request via the MuckRock website. It's a website devoted to automating the FOIA process, and I've never had a problem with it before, so I don't think the problem is on this end.
I submitted this request December 6, 2021. I next followed up after not hearing anything for ten months, on October 11, 2022. The first I heard anything from CMS was November 1, 2022. I'm glad someone is working on it, and I appreciate the update, but I've been more than patient already. Even for the federal government, a year is far too long to wait for an initial acknowledgement.
