Hello,
I am additional appealing the claim that there are no responsive documents to this request. It strains credulity to believe that the office of the Enforcement Counsel — which exists to investigate and take action against violations of election law — does not have a list of the investigations it has undertaken over the past 2-3 years. I ask that the denial of my initial request be reconsidered, and a manner found to provide me with a list of all investigations undertaken by the Enforcement Counsel since July 2021. If individual elements of my request present particular difficulties, such as "descriptions of those investigations and their findings," please let me know and I will consider modifying my request to make it possible for the Board of Elections to comply.
