Incident and Accident Reports related to "covered facilities" as defined by Public Law 114–190 Sec. 2210 from January 1, 2015 to April 1, 2018.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Yes, records reflecting "UAS incident and accident reports related to "covered facilities" from January 1, 2015 to April 1, 2018" are what I'm seeking. Those covered facilities defined as a pipeline or pipeline system, an electric energy generation, transmission, or distribution
facility, an oil or gas production, refining, or processing facility, any other critical infrastructure facility.
