Subject: Records Request Concerning Rudy Giuliani, Ruby Freeman, and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. § 552), I hereby request records from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2023, relating to Rudy Giuliani, Ruby Freeman, and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.
Request for Records:I seek comprehensive access to:
• Detailed reports and analytical documents
• Written memoranda and briefing notes
• Email correspondences, both internal and external
• Internal memos and directives
• Interagency communications
• Electronic Surveillance records (including ELSUR)
• Complete investigation files, including interview transcripts
These records should cover aspects related to Rudy Giuliani’s interactions with or regarding Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, particularly focusing on issues of defamation or related legal matters.
