The records for each immigration judge reflecting (1) the current number of case completions since 10/1/2018; (2) BIA remand rate since 10/01/2018.
If this is produced as raw data, it should be produced in a excel spreadsheet format so that it can be sorted. It should not be produced as a pdf.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

The agency rejected this request as a duplicate, but it is not a duplicate. It asks for current records up to the date of the request listing IJ completion numbers and BIA remand rate. The prior request the agency cites as a duplicate asked for screenshots and asked for data from a prior time period.
The agency has not performed a search and has not cited any exemption, so the request should be remanded and the records should be produced.
