This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I would like the results of the investigation conducted by the 108th Inspector General (IG) surrounding a complaint that SSG Blake Holmes, SSG Grant Holmes, SSG Donald Forbis, and SFC Jonathan Marin were reprimanded and relieved from a mobilization at Ft Jackson, SC by their battalion commander, LTC Forest, after they protested their company commander's derisive remarks about suicide to a formation of soldiers. I believe this took place in 2015.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, generally provides any
person with the statutory right of access to Government information in the
Executive Branch agency records. This right of access is limited when such
information is protected from disclosure by one or more of the nine FOIA

1. How to make a FOIA request for Army IG records:
The FOIA request must be in writing and must provide an adequate description
of the records being sought. You may use the DAIG FOIA Request Form for
