-The list of institutional biosafety committees that were actively registered with the National Institutes of Health Office of Science Policy in May 2014
-The list of institutional biosafety committees that were actively registered with the National Institutes of Health Office of Science Policy in November 2019
Because I am a reporter whose work includes scrutinizing federal agencies and publishing my findings for the benefit of the American public, I request a fee waiver.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Do you know if annual registration updates for specific Institutional Biosafety Committees (https://ibc-rms.od.nih.gov/Contents/IBC_HOME.aspx) are retained? For example, if I were to ask for the annual registration update for a specific IBC for a specific year, would that yield something?
