Good morning,

This message is in response to Mr. Higgin's request for information regarding Grace Lee Boggs. We've received your payment for search fees. However, we did not receive a response with regard to how you would like to move forward. In reference to the letter dated January 4, 2016, there are three options. Please note that since potentially responsive pages are less than 500, you will receive the release at no charge. So, this means that you may elect to accept the results of the initial search. You may also elect to have the FBI continue searching with the understanding that additional searching will result in additional charges-assessed at $10 per quarter hour. Lastly, you have the option to cancel your request all together.

Please advise as to how you would like to proceed.

Thanks very much and have a great weekend! :)

To whom it may concern:

I wanted to clarify an earlier communication, sent by David M. Hardy in February of this year, pursuant to my request for the FBI records related to Grace Lee Boggs, #1337818-000. That letter indicates that possibly responsive documents are in the National Archives and Records Administration.

I've filed a follow-up request there, and I have two clarifying questions:

- Are the records sent to NARA the only potentially responsive documents the FBI found in its searches?
- Did those searches exhaust the $100 payment I made through Pay.Gov (Pay.Gov tracking ID: 25PARUP5, Agency Tracking ID: 74938500052) on January 10 of this year?

Thanks in advance for your consideration,
Parker Higgins
