Dear Mr. Debence,

Reference: FOIA #123681, #123682, #123683, #123684, #123685, #123686, #123687

I am writing in reference to your seven Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests dated May 1, 2020, to the Justice Management Division (see attached) requesting records related to contracts that the Department of Justices' (DOJ or Department) Asset Forfeiture Program has with Unisys Corporation. Unfortunately, the requests, which include a list of data apparently taken from the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), are not clear. Accordingly, the Department is unable to provide the records you are seeking.

To be able to respond to your FOIA request in a timely manner, we are requesting the following:

1) That you clarify what records you are actually seeking. There are two contracts with underlying task orders referenced in your requests, but it is unclear if you are requesting the contracts, the underlying task orders, or both.

2) To aid in the processing of the very similar requests, we request that they be re-submitted as one FOIA request rather than seven individual requests.

3) If possible, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to contact you directly.

Once your re-submitted request is received, we will review it and respond accordingly.
