The Justice Management Division assigns incoming requests to one of three tracks: simple, complex, or expedited. Each request is then handled on a first-in, first-out basis in relation to other requests in the same track. Simple requests usually receive a response in approximately one month whereas complex requests necessarily take longer. At this time, your request has been assigned to the Complex track. I am writing in reference to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests dated January 4, 2021, December 4, 2020 and March 31, 2020, to the Justice Management Division requesting records related to contracts that the Department of Justices' (DOJ or Department) US Attorney's Office has with Actionable Intelligence Technologies, Inc.

Unfortunately, the requests, which include a list of data apparently taken from the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), are not clear. Accordingly, the Department is unable to
provide the records you are seeking. In order to respond to your FOIA request in a timely manner, we are requesting the following:

1) That you clarify what records you are actually seeking. It is unclear if you are requesting the contracts, the underlying task orders, or both.
2) If possible, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to contact you directly.

Once your request is received, we will review it and respond accordingly. Please confirm receipt of this email as soon as possible. If you have any questions, you are encouraged to reply to this email. If the Department does not receive a response by April 28, 2021, we will close your FOIA request.
