This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Copies of contracts with Gamma Int'l and any final reports generated and delivered by Gamma Int'l to the agency over the past 10 years. If retrieving the contracts themselves is too burdensome please provide a list of contracts.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

The Agency replied saying no responsive documents could be found related to contracts with Gamma. According to contractual agreements, invoices are filed electronically. Can this be searched? The invoices with Gamma or their contracts would be good to be able to see.

Good Morning Mr. Gulledge,
This email is in response to the automated status checks we have received for FOIA Case 75098 wherein you requested "contracts with Gamma Int'l and any final reports generated and delivered by Gamma Int'l to the agency over the past 10 years." These status checks for this case were received on 28 Nov and 28 Dec 2013.
As you noted in your fax dated 29 Oct 2013, our final correspondence to you on 17 Oct 2013 (posted on your website) indicated we were unable to locate records responsive to your request. You inquired as to whether or not "invoices with Gamma or their contracts" could be searched. Please be advised that, because we have already responded to your FOIA request 75098 and closed the case, we are unable to reopen the case to amend the request.
If you wish to submit a new FOIA request, you may do so via one or three convenient methods - mail, fax, or our online form<http://www.nsa.gov/public_info/foia/submit_foia_request/foia_release.shtml>. Please include as much detail as possible to include a contract number if known. For your information, invoices are submitted/logged against a contract number versus a company name or location.
