FTC: RM8.travel

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any complaints filed with the FTC regarding a mysterious Saint Petersburg, Russia, company called RM8.travel. Although this company was based in Saint Petersburg, it looks as if they might have briefly targeted American consumers with an iOS app that was listed in the American iTunes App Store. This company also produced some promotional materials targeted to Spanish speakers worldwide.

The website has long expired www.rm8.travel

Although I believe that there are most likely no complaints ever filed with FTC, I do believe that a search would be prudent. Please use the following search terms to search for any possible complaints:
