To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting the records related to Ring, Amazon's home security company.
 Ring is licensed under the following names:
- Ring LLC
- Ring of Security Limited
- Ring of Security B.V.
- Ring of Security Pty. Ltd.
- Ring of Security Asia Co., Ltd.,
- Ring Protect Inc.

Ring also acquired the company Mr. Beams, which is licensed under the following names:
- Wireless Environment, LLC
- Wireless Environment Asia, LLC
- Wireless Environment Lighting Co., Ltd.
- Wireless Environment UK Ltd.
- Wireless Lighting Technologies, LLC

In the body of my request, when I say "Ring," I am referring to all of the above entities, so please include all of these licensed company names in your search.

With this being said, I hereby request the following specific records:

- All digital and paper correspondence (such as electronic mail and paper mail) between the Federal Trade Commission and representatives from Ring. Please include any attachments in responsive digital forms of correspondence.

- All complaints filed with the Federal Trade Commission related to Ring.

- A copy of all minutes and documents related to Federal Trade Commission cases and proceedings that involve Ring. Such documents could include Case Documents, Merits Briefs, Refunds, Commission Decision Volumes, Letters and Statements, Petitions to Quash, Companies and People Banned From Debt Relief, Adjudicative Proceedings, and Banned Debt Collectors.

- A copy of all Merger Review documents that directly name or involve Ring.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE’s science and technology website (www.motherboard.vice.com). Therefore, I request that all fees are waived in the processing of this request.
