Dear Mr. Lee,
On February 14, 2013, we received your request under the Freedom of Information Act for all complaints to the Federal Trade Commission regarding Apple. I was wondering if you could possibly clarify your request by providing a date range of the complaints you were looking for? In addition, are you looking for all complaints against Apple? Or, consumer complaints concerning a specific Apple product or service?
Thank you very much for your time.
