Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Gary Frazer that contain one or more of the following key words or phrases: "Spilker", "Collier Enterprises", "Tarpon Blue", "Bellmar", and/or "Rural Lands West". This request seeks records produced since March 1, 2022.
I am a reporter for the Florida Center for Government Accountability and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As such, we may charge you for some of our search andduplication costs, but we will not charge you for our review costs; you arealso entitled to up to 2 hours of search time and 100 pages of photocopies (oran equivalent volume) for free. See 43 C.F.R. § 2.39. Youhave asked us to waive the fees for processing your request.? The Extraordinary track is for requests that wouldgenerally take more than sixty workdays to process.
