This is a Freedom of Information Act request directed toward the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS).

I request any records which authorize or allow DCIS special agents to use Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview (FETI) techniques in the course of criminal investigations.

This request is not being made for commercial purposes, and I am willing to pay fees of up to $25.00. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
