The Army Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) for Richard L Menhart including form DD-214, all officer Evaluation Reports such as DA FORM 67-9 / DA FORM 67-10, Record of previous assignments form, dates of promotion, final active duty portrait, certificates, unit assignments, all training courses/military education received, full military awards and all citations.

Mr Richard L Menhart claims service in the United States Army as a commissioned officer between approximately 1991-2014, final rank Colonel. claimed numerous awards and decorations including Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Army commendation medal, Purple Heart, Army achievement medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Valorous unit award, Presidential unit citation, Overseas Ribbon, Military Free Fall Parachutist Badge and Pathfinder badge. Claims to have participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Served with 325th Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division. Specifically request a copy of award citations including unit awards. Please redact any sensitive information protected in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
