Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552. I hereby request the following records:
All records related to Premier, Inc. from from 2019 to 2023 (present day) within your agency's possession.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
If you deny any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statue requires.

The FOIA Office is in receipt of your request (copy attached), seeking "any records the SEC possesses of Premier, Inc., except where forbidden by law." Your request is unclear and does not reasonably describe the records sought as required by 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(3)(A). Please clarify the types of records you are seeking such as consumer complaints, investigations, civil actions, company filings, e-mails, etc. If you are seeking e-mails, please provide additional information (keywords and the names of the Offices/Divisions and/or SEC staff that may have responsive records) to allow our office to conduct an effective search. Also, define "inception" in terms of the beginning date of the date range of the requested records.
Please respond as soon as possible. We will place your request on hold until we receive clarification. If we do not hear from you by October 20, 2023, we will assume you are no longer interested in our processing of this request and will close your request and will administratively close your request and remove it from our pending caseload without further notice to you.
