FOIA on myself

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I'm looking for any information in any form collected on myself between 2001 and now. I'm specifically interested in 2002 to 2010, as I was the most politically active at that time until now. Most specifically, I'm looking for phone records or recordings, records on my internet usage both while I was attending college in San Francisco and while I was home in Peterborough and Greenfield, NH, but anything else would be useful, too.
