Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) including all Fitness Report and Counseling forms (NAVPERS Form 1610/2), the most recent Cumulative Record of Training (NAVPERS Form 5300/16), the Background Summary (NAVPERS Form 1640/32), history of assignments (NAVPERS Form 1070/605) , military awards/decorations and full citations, military education/training courses and Form DD-214 for DANIEL R CRENSHAW (Service dates 2006 to 2016).
Mr Daniel Crenshaw has claimed publicly to have served in the United States Navy as a commissioned officer, final rank Lieutenant Commander (O-4 LCDR). Mr Crenshaw has claimed military service overseas in Iraq, Afghanistan and South Korea and has claimed numerous military awards/decorations including Bronze Star Medal.

Mr Crenshaw is running for public office as a Republican candidate for U.S. House of Representatives - Representative for Texas’ 2nd Congressional District.
His background military experience and qualifications are consequently a matter of public interest.

I request expedited processing of this FOIA request as the U.S. House of Representatives elections is scheduled for November 2018. There is an urgency to inform the public.
