This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
1. A copy of all responsive documents for requests COW2014000315 and COW2014000324
2. A copy of all responsive documents and communications between FOIA office and requestor for request COW2014000353
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Eggleston:
Thank you for processing this request. It seems, however, there was some confusion regarding the documents provided; I requested "A copy of all responsive documents and communications between FOIA office and requestor for request COW2014000353", but instead (it seems) I received the documents for COW2014000353 and the communications for COW2014000351. Both 353 and 351 were requested by the same person on the same date, so the confusion might have been a result of that.
Please send me the communications for COW2014000353, which was a request for: "name and address of all Regional Centers certified by USCIS to develop hotels and motels..."
I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
