To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All documents mentioning or referring to, George Gordon Battle Liddy, AKA G Gordon Liddy (November 30, 1930 — March 30, 2021), a former FBI agent who worked in the Nixon White House during the Watergate scandal.
Please find evidence of his death attached and reported by the Washington Post
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
There are eFOIA files available for you to download.
I am not asking for the documents on Watergate, although I know have been previously released. Please process this as a *new* FOIA request now that G Gordon Liddy has passed away or send me a rejection letter so that I can appeal it and litigate it if needed.
