This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all information relating to the investigation(s) into the "Finders Cult", between the time of 1987 to 1995. Primarily, those documents pertaining to the investigation and findings of the United States Department of Justice as related to the Finders Cult, as well as any and all court memorandum.

*"The Justice Department has begun a new investigation into the Finders and into the group's activities. It is also reviewing the 1987 investigation into the group to determine whether that prove was closed improperly. Justice officials will not elaborate, except to say the investigation is 'ongoing' and that it involves 'unresolved matters'.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
