I would like all information concerning the DESECO (Develop Selected Contacts) Program at FBI with FBI Agents Donald A Gruentzel, John Buckley, and Thomas Francis O'Laughlin or O'Loughlin, of the S-3 Unit for Counter Intelligence against Russia GRU.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
