Good Morning Mr. Stork,

Our office has received your FOIPA request dated February 18th for information regarding S2i Corporation, Beckett Brown International, Richard Beckett, Paul Rakowski, Tim Ward and John Dodd. Unfortunately, we are unable to search for responsive records regarding the third party individuals without privacy waivers or proof of death. Is there something in particular you are looking for regarding these companies and individuals?

I can open a request on S2i Corporation/Beckett Brown International but I will have to send you a third party unperfected letter for the four individuals. Would you prefer two separate FOIPAs on the above mentioned companies or a combined?

Additional guidance and information regarding what it is you seek would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks kindly,

Ashley Durden

Dear Ashley Durden,

This is in response to your February 25th note regarding my February 18th request for FBI records under the Freedom Of Information Act. I apologize for the tardy response.

I have received your office's letter regarding the four individuals listed. I understand the limitations of your office in this regard and will reply accordingly. However, as my request pertains to S2i Corporation/Beckett Brown International, I respectfully ask that you reopen the request with the following additional information, as it may help you locate the files of interest to me. The following information was relayed to me by John C. Dodd III, an investor in S2i Corporation/Beckett Brown International, over the course of December 2013 and January 2014:

- In 2008, JOHN C. DODD III approached agents from the FBI's Salisbury, Maryland field office with confidential company documents belonging to S2i Corporation/Beckett Brown International. Included within were documents related to the company's violations of several laws across multiple jurisdictions, including but not limited to: Burglary, jury tampering, and violations of the Stored Communications Act.

Please reply to this note to confirm receipt. If documents related to the investigation of S2i Corporation/Beckett Brown International can still not be located, I intend to follow up using the proper remedial channels. Thank you for your timely responses and assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

Christian Stork
