FBI files: Leo Stanley Berry

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request an electronic copy of all FBI files on Leo Stanley Berry, a military veteran and member of the Black Panther Party who died in March 2024. This is his obituary: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/26/nyregion/lee-berry-dead.html

I request that your agency conduct a full CRS search, as well as a cross reference search, to retrieve records related to this prominent American.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
