This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
This FOIA request is for DOJ "Probable Cause Affidavit" and other documents for the alleged FBI raid on the Wake for Jonathan Luna involving FBI Special Agent Marina Murphy.
Jonathan Luna was a U.S. Assistant Attorney for Maryland who died under mysterious circumstances.

"On the eve of slain federal prosecutor Jonathan Luna's memorial service and funeral, a team of FBI agents interrupted a small, private gathering of friends-in-mourning at Luna's home to "gather evidence" and closely examine the premises".

Allegedly FBI Special Agent Marina Murphy was also involved in an alleged investigation into the Anne Arundel Economic Development Council (AAEDC) and two of Mark Cary Sapperstein's alleged business associates, Jay Winer and Charles Delavan who were also allegedly employed by the AAEDC.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
