Good Afternoon Mr. Tobias,
Please see attached acknowledgment letter for your FOIA Online request.
Your request seeks: Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Deputy Diane Farrell that contain one or more of the following key words or phrases: "SEIA", "Xinjiang", "MacGregor", "ACPA", "JA Solar", "JinkoSolar", "Trina Solar", "Canadian Solar", "Hanwha Q Cells", and/or "Akin". This request seeks records produced since January 20, 2021.
This request needs to be narrowed - modification comments - "Any and all written or electronic communications" is very broad description, please let me know if you are willing to modify the request to seek electronic communications waiving attachments and news clips. Waiving attachments and news clips will not prevent you from making a FOIA request for a particular attachment if it is of interest. Also, modification will likely return faster results.
