1. The list of all employees and their rank/job title within your agency who have been granted access to the Facebook Content Request System (https://www.facebook.com/xtakedowns/login).
2. Your agency's internal procedures, if any, in determining who would exercise access to the Facebook Content Request System (https://www.facebook.com/xtakedowns/login) on your agency's behalf.
3. Your agency's procedures, guidelines and policies in determining when the Facebook Content Request System (https://www.facebook.com/xtakedowns/login) would be used, and who would be permitted to authorise its use.
4. Documented actions by your agency in the use of the Facebook Content Request System (https://www.facebook.com/xtakedowns/login).
5. All e-mails received by any employee of your agency that contain the keyword "content request" (not case sensitive) and originate from the facebook.com domain.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
