This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All application, review materials and final notifications for all 25 UAS test site operator applicants, both approved and rejected.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

still being processed and will not be completed by the FOIA due date of
January 22, 2014. An additional 10 days (weekday) extension from February
14, 2014 is requested to complete your FOIA request. A new due date of
March 3, 2014 is requested to complete your FOIA case.

This message is in reference to your request for a copy of all

test site operator applicants approved or rejected. I need clarification
from you regarding the kind of documentation that you are looking for on
the "review materials." Is it the technical evaluation, technical
evaluation reports, etc.?
Due to the scope of documentation that we need to review, your request is
still being processed and will not be completed by the FOIA due date of
March 3, 2014. An additional 90 days (weekday) extension from March 7,
2014 is requested to complete the processing of your FOIA request. A new
due date of May 30, 2014 is requested to complete your FOIA request.
Please reply back and acknowledge to this extension.
