Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Public reports show that Elon Musk's private jet has been added to the FAA's Limiting Aircraft Data Display list:

Therefore, I request the following:

Any submissions, emails, or physical mail sent to ladd@faa.gov, submitted through this form: https://www.faa.gov/pilots/ladd/request/, or sent to the FAA by mail that mention "N628TS" and/or "Elon Musk."

Any emails, presentations, communications (including email attachments) that mention "N628TS" or "Elon Musk" that also refer to the LADD program or other FAA privacy programs.

The files will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and tech site.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
