Esco Marine SEC Filings

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

In light of the recent Esco Marine Inc. chapter 11 bankruptcy filing (case number 15-20107 assigned to United States Bankruptcy Judge Richard Schmidt dated March 7, 2015) I hereby request all SEC filings and forms associated with Esco Marine, Inc., Esco Metals, LLC., Esco Shredding, LLC, Texas Best Recycling, LLC, Texas Best Equipment, LLC, Richard Jaross, EMJ Holdings, LLC, Elka Jaross, Andrew Levy, Redstone Capital Corporation, Alberto Garcia and John Kristopher Wood.

All documents should include but not be limited to: reports of company assets at filing time; CEO salary and cash bonuses; stock, restricted stock an stock options awards; and any internal communication mentioning Esco Marine Inc., Esco Metals, Richard Jaross or Andrew Levy.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
