Equitable sharing audits

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

-The audit titled "Use of Equitable Sharing Cash and Property by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office" (GR-80-98-006).

-The audit titled "Use of Equitable Sharing Revenues by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Monterey Park, California" (GR-90-06-006).

-The audit titled "Use of Equitable Sharing Revenues by the Orange County, California Regional Narcotics Suppression Program" (GR-90-00-007).

-All "Federal Annual Certification Reports" submitted since 2008 by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the Orange County, Calif. Sheriff's Department, the Jefferson Parish, La. Sheriff's Department, and the Alamance County, N.C. Sheriff's Department.

I also request that fees be waived as i am a journalist -- employed by MuckRock and the Boston Globe -- and intend to use any pertinent information I receive as a result of this request to educate the public.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
