All reports, inspections, memos, in regards to the abatement, crushing, removal, and moving of fiberglass boats at Army Corps of Engineers Debris Yard in Sausalito between January 1st 2018-April 29th 2021

This is part of a critical time sensitive litigation matter with the City of Sausalito, and your prompt response will not only be deeply appreciated but may protect plaintiffs from physical harm in regards to City of Sausalito vs the Marin County Homeless Union. Our evidentiary hearing is on May 14th, and your prompt response will be critical to ensure an equitable resolution in the case.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
