Matthew, we have reviewed all the EOIR documents and are just waiting for DHS to review the presentation they gave. If DHS does not get back to us this week we will send you our response and refer the DHS presentation to them for direct response to you.

Hi,

Thanks so much for your help with this request! I really appreciate it.

May I ask a question? There are several sessions for which the materials have not been provided. Were there no slides, handouts, or other materials for the remainder of these sessions?

Sincerely,
Matthew Hoppock

Hi Matthew, no problem. We asked LERS (Legal Education and Research Services Division) who ran the training program to provide all the materials, this is what they provided. I did not attend much of the training but I did attend at least one session where there were neither slides nor handouts.

My intention is to post this entire folder as a proactive release, just need time to get to non-deadline items, as you know we are pressed pretty hard with requests right now. In the future I would love to have LERS post these in real-time so they do not even have to come through FOIA.
