This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all correspondence to, from, on, about or concerning ENN Solar Energy Company, dba as ENN or dba as Mojave Solar, between the dates of Jan. 1, 2005 and the date which this request is received.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Per the Freedom of Information Request that was received by the Department of Energy dated October 9, 2011 (HQ-2012-00039-F), you requested any and all correspondence to, from, on, about or concerning ENN Solar Energy Company, dba as ENN or dba as Mojave Solar, between the dates of Jan. 1, 2005 and the date which this request is received.
Your request was received by Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office (LPO) FOIA team in the Office of the Secretary on December 1, 2011. The LPO processes FOIA requests in the order in which they are received, but rest assured we will work as quickly and diligently as possible to fulfill your request. Additionally, the documents you seek are exceedingly technical in nature; thus, specialized staff and resources are required for processing and reviewing them; in turn, this review and processing in all likelihood means that the entire response process may be somewhat longer.
The Department will provide a written response to your request once it has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate staff in the Department.
