All email correspondence to and from Debra Tekavec and Tim McNulty of Carnegie Mellon University. Possible email addresses: tpm@andrew.cmu.edu and dtekavec@andrew.cmu.edu. I am requesting such records for dates 1/1/2016 through 9/30/2017.

I am a member of the news media, a reporter for Sludge. The requested documents will be made available to the general public in the course of reporting, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
