Hi Elisa,

I'm sorry, I think I lost track of where we were on this request. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I believe we spoke on the phone and you were asking if it were possible to narrow the scope of the request?

Can you tell me how many pages of documents you have identified as responsive to my original request?

Additionally, what would be best for you in terms of narrowing the scope? Keywords to search for in the emails? A smaller date range?

Thank you.

From: United States Marine Corps

Good afternoon Sir,

Thank you for your response. Yes, we last spoke a few weeks about narrowing
down the scope and you agreed to helping us.

The emails that we are reviewing are over 1,000 pages. If you could just
tell me what specific subject you are looking for or specific keywords. Your
time frame is fine, it really is not that much time, but being that he is a
General, you can imagine how many emails he receives.
Thanks!
