This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

The article titled "Poll: Trump Favorability Higher than Media, Congress, Political Foes", sites a poll conducted by the "USA Today" at the URL "http://www.voanews.com/a/poll-trump-favorability/3756996.html", this FOIA seeks any documentation, emails, notes any any electronic media which may have been created in the publications of this article. While no longer the applicable law, this FOIA seeks to understand to what degree the processes which ultimately shaped the tone of the final article is within the spirit of the Smith–Mundt Act of 1948 if this proves helpful in providing respondent documents.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

To who it may concern I appreciate the follow up on the documents but I have some concen in that I was provided with a one paragraph anonymous write up which pointed to the sourcing of the article; however that writeup was not a requested public document and contains information which is not available in any of the actual provided document.

please provide any emails or discussion as requested, additionally any information as to the author of the paragraph and where they may have sourced the two links and how those links are know to be the source material for the article as this information would be responsive to my original request.
