Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The following materials related to complaints, investigations, or reports of inappropriate workplace behavior in association with the religion of Wicca:

• Any and all complaints or reports of discrimination referencing or mentioning Wicca or Pagan Witchcraft.

• Any and all investigatory reports related to inquiries conducted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of workplace discrimination, harassment, or misconduct related to Wicca or Pagan Witchcraft.

• Any available index of complaints related to religious expression in the workplace for the period from January 1, 2015 through the date this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
