This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Provide information for all years (by years) since the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) came into effect (1975) to the most recent year (2014), with following data, on a yearly basis:

A) List of any and all Employers whom their employees (Full time, part time, seasonal etc) claimed Earned Income Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) for the years indicated above.
B) Please provide total dollar amounts/value associated with all Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) or similar/unique identification numbers and employers name and address both domestic and foreign, if any associated with any and all EITC claim, for the period indicated above.
C) Please provide Total Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) dollar amounts/value of i) Refundable portion (Payout value) and ii) Tax liability reduction portion (offset value) associated with the following claimant categories, for the years indicated above.
a. Employees Income (wages, salaries, tips etc earned working for all and any EIN)
b. Self Employed Persons
c. Statutory Employees
d. Service Members
e. Others

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
