Dear Susan,

Lee Davidson, a reporter for The DESERET NEWS, received a FOIA request for this information in 1993. I contacted him, and he can't find the files (he's retired). See attachment. So I'm filing a new FOIA. I live in Park City, so I could drive to the base to look at them if they can't be copied.

Best Regards,
Kris Newby

My initial request was submitted to Dugway Proving Grounds on March 20, 2023.
Since then I've found references to two Army reports on the Skull Valley sheep death investigations:

1. A report published by Edgewood Arsenal in 1970, declassified in 1978. It was sent to The Salt Lake Tribute in 1997.

2. A 1,000+ page investigation into the sheep deaths, released in 1968 by Brig. Gen. William W. Stone. It was also sent to The Salt Lake Tribute.

3. A 1972 report published by Edgewood Arsenal also included analysis into the sheep deaths.

Thank you for looking into these reports.
