Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All documents and files, including letters, memos, emails and all communications pertaining to Duane James Brewer, a former Bureau of Indian Affairs police officer and lieutenant on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, an obituary of whom was published in Bennett County Booster on October 31, 2017. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
