Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request a copy of all records, to include emails, written correspondence, memos, or other documents, relating to the following subjects:

- The Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Coordination With The Food and Drug Administration Regarding Department of Defense Medical Product Development and Assessment.

- Dsuvia, a sublingual formulation of sufentanil that received funding from the Defense Department. I'm requesting specifically any correspondence between the Defense Department and the Food and Drug Administration that mentions Dsuvia.

-- All correspondence to and from Dr. Terry M. Rauch, currently the acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Readiness Policy and Oversight (HRP&O) pertaining to Dsuvia specifically, and the above-mentioned memorandum of understanding between the Defense Department and the Food and Drug Administration.
