This information is both in the public interest and not covered by the claimed exemption. Multiple states have released technical information on the DRT systems used in conjunction with agency investigations and operations. In addition, public reporting on these devices has disclosed relevant information on DRT systems used by the agency beyond that claimed exempt. I request review of and appeal this determination.
