To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the (FOIA) Freedom of Information Act. I Marilyn E. Howard, aka Liz Howard hereby request the following records pertaining to financial institutions, i.e. banks, mortgage servicers lenders, banks, trustees and Wall Street investment banks.

Please include documents from 1997 to present pertaining to any housing discrimination complaints filed with HUD, DOJ, HUD Inspector General, courts, local and state government officials.

After filing complaints, I have witnessed being tracked daily under government aerial surveillance by DOJ and other federal agency's including FBI DHS, DOD, NSA, CIA throughout Maryland. I have photos and video footage of spy planes conducting daily surveillance monitoring my comings and goings. My electronic devices, i.e. computers, cell and landline phones, cable, TV and satellite. My mail, business records have been the target of government surveillance.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
