This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Office of Legal Counsel opinions relating to either the Stuxnet worm (also known as "Olympic Games") specifically or the "NITRO ZEUS" program more generally. Date range: Between January 1, 2007, and January 1, 2011.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In order to being fulfilling your request, do you agree to pay at least $15.00 for processing your FOIA request?

Mr. Geller,
I am a FOIA analyst with the Department of Energy and I am unable to answer your request below because it’s under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice.
I sent an email regarding a request I received from Mr. Allen Lesser of MuckRock for the following:
“Information technology (IT) department inventory records for IT equipment detailing computer hardware in possession of your agency, or any similar records. In particular, inventory reports that detail the models and manufacturers of the hardware in your agency’s possession currently and historically.”
Since Mr. Lesser is a “news media” requestor, we would only charge fees for duplication only and we provide 100 pages at no cost.
I need a written agreement from Mr. Lesser regarding the $15.00 fee.
